Join us for an interactive session on conceptual planning and scheduling and the incorporation of risk mitigation techniques. This course will provide tools to strategically plan a project with input from all team members and includes how to consistently communication schedule progress, delays, contingencies, and recovery plans.
Program Objectives:
This course is NOT teaching how to create a detailed schedule in any software application.
This course WILL provide tools to strategically plan the project with input from all team members. These tools include how to consistently communication schedule progress, delays, contingencies, and recovery plans. The course includes basic understanding of key definitions and concepts so that non-scheduling experts can work confidently during the schedule management process throughout the life span of the job. Material will be presented from the perspective of risk identification from beginning to end of schedule management. This will include identification of key questions to address during planning phases. Hands-on group exercises will enhance learning about how to plan with a productive group session and identify common mistakes in a project schedule.
