AGC Edge Lean Construction Education Program

Description

AGC’s Lean Construction Education Program introduces construction professionals to Lean principles and practices that improve workflow, reduce waste, and support better project outcomes.

Participants explore core Lean concepts, including respect for people, reliable planning, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving. The program connects Lean theory to construction applications so learners can identify opportunities to improve communication, coordination, and performance on their projects.

This program is a strong fit for project managers, superintendents, foremen, executives, and team members involved in planning, production, and project delivery.
