STP Unit 2:  Communication

Communication (STP Unit 2) helps supervisors strengthen one of the most important tools they use every day: clear, practical communication.

Participants explore listening, giving direction, handling difficult conversations, communicating across teams, and reducing confusion in the field. The course emphasizes communication that supports safety, productivity, teamwork, and follow-through.

This course is one module in AGC’s full Supervisory Training Program (STP).
