STP Unit 4:  Contract Documents

Contract Documents (STP Unit 4) helps supervisors better understand the documents that shape scope, expectations, and field execution.

Participants explore drawings, specifications, contracts, change-related documentation, RFIs, submittals, and the supervisor’s responsibility for using documents accurately in the field. The course supports better communication, documentation, and decision-making on the jobsite.

This course is one module in AGC’s full Supervisory Training Program (STP).
