STP Unit 3:  Planning and Scheduling

Planning and Scheduling (STP Unit 3) focuses on the supervisor’s role in planning work, coordinating resources, and keeping crews aligned.

Participants explore short-interval planning, schedule awareness, work sequencing, crew coordination, and the connection between planning decisions and jobsite performance. The course helps supervisors move from reacting to problems toward planning work more intentionally.

This course is one module in AGC’s full Supervisory Training Program (STP).
