Managing Risks (STP Unit 6) focuses on the supervisor’s role in identifying, communicating, and reducing risks before they become bigger project problems.

Participants explore safety, quality, documentation, problem-solving, risk awareness, and the importance of timely communication. The course helps supervisors build habits that protect people, projects, and company performance.
