Join the AGC Houston Veterans in Construction Committee for an engaging Lunch & Learn focused on helping construction companies attract, retain, and develop veteran talent. This informative event will bring together industry leaders, veterans, and workforce development professionals to discuss practical strategies for building stronger, veteran-inclusive workforces.
Through a moderated panel discussion, attendees will gain valuable insights into translating military experience into construction careers, implementing effective recruiting and onboarding practices, improving employee retention, and creating long-term career pathways for veterans. Program Update
If you have already registered for this event, please note that the program has been updated. Due to a change in scheduling, we have transitioned from the originally advertised keynote speaker to a panel discussion featuring respected veterans and workforce leaders from across the construction industry and veteran-serving organizations.
We are excited about this new format, as it will provide attendees with a broader range of perspectives and practical insights on attracting, retaining, and developing veteran talent in the construction industry. The interactive panel will also include an audience Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and ask questions relevant to their organizations.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an informative and engaging Lunch & Learn.
Registration Fee: Complimentary for AGC Houston members and guests; however, advance registration is required to attend.
